As someone that’s never financed a car before, I was very uneasy about the entire process. All I can say is that Evan Murphy made the entire process worry free. Firstly, he was extremely professional, and very quick on his runs (credit check, getting keys for test drive, etc.) Next, he knows probably everything about every car made...ever. Good service nice people
Friendly, comfortable, and quick service. I had warranty work done and did not buy my Kia from there. But I was treated like a customer anyway, and even got Halloween candy to boot.PS: they were not COVID friendly as they told me over the phone. No employees in the service area were wearing masks, checking out we were closer than 6’, and I have no idea who worked on my car (interior) to know if they wore a mask either. Be wary.
Car buying can be tricky and stressful, however this wasn’t the case for me while working with Taiwan at Greenway Kia. He was very helpful and truly wanted to help me find the best solution. I was going back and forth between different car options, and he was able to continuously provide me with straightforward information. Definitely a positive experience!
Great location. Great staff. They went above and beyond to help our family get into the vehicle we needed. The staff wasn’t the least bit pushy they gave us several options and there of course was the usual back and forth on a few things but ultimately they were able to get us a more than fair deal. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle.
I came in more or less after a day of talking on the phone and online with the dealership. The process was fairly smooth and impressive given that I am self employed. Self employed people can’t finance much of anything even with a fair credit score and good revenue. We can’t put a bag of chips on layaway at the dollar store let alone buy a car. The sales people were great! Jack did a nice job of allowing time for us to look and talk alone as well as to be informative about the vehicle we were looking at. He was quick on the paperwork, but didn’t rush our process aggressively. I’m happy to own a KIA!
